Return policy
Merchandise received damaged or defective may be returned for a refund or replacement. Please include a note with your customer number, order number for the items, an explanation of the problem and a copy of the invoice showing when the items were ordered. Please specify if you prefer a replacement or a refund. Please send all returns within 30 days of the invoice date.

Warranty policy
Please call (941)650-6467 for information regarding the return of broken or defective items covered under factory warranty. We will be happy to assist you in these matters, however some manufacturers require the consumer to send the damaged items directly to them.
